1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pokok platform and all services under it. When you open an account on pokok, use the service, or access the platform in any way, you automatically agree to these Terms.

pokok reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply equally to slot games, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, fishing games, and all other entertainment services available on the pokok platform. If a specific game or service has its own special terms, those must be read together with these general Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any disagreement or ambiguity, the interpretation of the pokok authority shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Use

A valid account is required to use pokok's services. At the time of registration, members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify pokok support immediately. pokok will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with another person.

2.3 Keeping Contact Information Updated

Keep your mobile number and email address active and accurate at all times. These are used to send OTPs and important notifications.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

pokok's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. pokok may request a national ID card or other documents to verify your age at any time.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

pokok follows the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) process to confirm member identity. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount. Payment processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

pokok believes that healthy and controlled entertainment is enjoyable for everyone. Under the Responsible Gaming Policy, if any member is harmed by excessive play or wishes to set their own limits, they can contact the support team for the necessary assistance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on pokok is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is ongoing or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Funds sent from a third-party account will be rejected.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If pokok considers any transaction suspicious, it reserves the right to hold the relevant funds until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pokok offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming and using this bonus.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500, and to withdraw that bonus you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are not direct cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.
• Each promotion has its own expiry; if conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus is cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• pokok reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

pokok's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. Example for a Gold member: if net losses in a week are ৳20,000, the cashback received will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

6 Game Rules and Results

All games available on pokok are operated through software from recognized third-party game providers. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and automated.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result will be determined based on the last valid state saved on the server. pokok is not responsible for any loss caused by power outages or internet issues.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

A confirmed bet is generally non-cancellable. However, if an event or game is incomplete due to technical reasons, pokok will make a decision in accordance with the relevant rules.

6.3 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

If any member attempts to gain an unfair advantage using bots, automated software, or any other method, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request account closure at any time through the support channels. All ongoing bets must be settled and withdrawals completed before the request is processed.

7.2 Closure by pokok

pokok may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing a false identity or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of gaining an unfair advantage
• Detection of suspicious financial activity

8 Limitation of Liability

pokok is an entertainment platform. Members are solely responsible for any financial loss incurred through use of the service. pokok does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss, in particular:

• Loss caused by internet or mobile connection interruption
• Errors by third-party software or payment providers
• Transactions resulting from unauthorized account access
• Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)
